Connect with the Supplier
The Supplier profile page contains all the information you will need to reach out and place your order. You will find a phone number, website and even fax number in some cases. You can choose to call, email, or place an order through their website.
Tip: We recommend placing your first order by phone. Once you have an established relationship with the supplier and they have validated your ConX420 relationship you can take advantage of other order methods.
Tip: Make sure to give them your Buyer Membership number – it is the only way to secure your discount!

Preparing Your Order
When communicating with the supplier make sure to give them your ConX420 member ID number. It’s ideal to have all your item numbers and quantities prepared ahead of time as this will make the ordering process easier and quicker. Having your payment information readily available is also beneficial. (For the first time dealing with a new Supplier, we highly recommend calling them to ensure your discount is applied to your order).

Order Confirmation
Once you’ve completed your order it’s always wise to request an order confirmation number or email. It’s also advantageous to verify your pricing and discounts.
